We don’t buy distillate – we create it. From ordinary grain, which we select, clean, and germinate ourselves. The basic raw materials are rye and barley.
This is an author’s project that is usually not brought into the public space. It is not a product, it is the result of an intellectual process in which every gram has a reason to be exactly the way it is.
